Our in office certified personal trainer and functional nutritionist, Taylor, (my wife and our office manager!) has been working with women for many years. After having anorexia herself, she made it her mission to help women get the body of their dreams without having to sacrifice their life and health like she had to. She specializes in helping women speed up their metabolism so they can lose weight and build muscle while eating more AND living a life that they love. She believes your health plan should fit into your life, not become your life!
